What does a mobile notary visit cost?
Virginia caps the notary fee itself by law, and the travel to reach you is quoted separately and agreed in writing before we drive. You get 1 exact number for your visit when you book, before anything is confirmed.
What ID does the signer need?
A current government-issued photo ID: a driver's license, passport, or military ID. If the signer's ID is expired or missing, tell us when you book and we will explain what Virginia allows before anyone drives anywhere.
Can you notarize at a hospital or nursing home?
Yes, that is one of the main things we do. The signer must be awake, aware, and signing willingly, and we confirm that gently at the bedside. We also coordinate with the facility so the visit follows their rules.
Can you help me fill out or choose my documents?
No, and any notary who says yes is breaking Virginia law. A notary who is not an attorney cannot draft, complete, select, or explain a legal document for you. We verify, witness, and stamp.
